EQUIPMENT OFFERED FOR THERMAL OXIDIZER SYSTEM

Equipment : Thermal Oxidizer (Specially Designed Combustion Chamber)


Combustion : Diesel Fired Automatic Burner with inbuilt blower
Oxidizer Chamber:: MS 2062 Material Fabricated, with insulation Bricks 115mm thick + Refractory Bricks 115mm
thick. Design Temperature = 1200°C
Burners (1):: Specially Designed Automatic Ignition, Auto Cutoff. Diesel Fired burner with inbuilt Blower and
controls.
Gas injection Nozzles : 2 Nos Nozzles to inject the Gaseous Material for Oxidization. Direct injection into the flame
for perfect Oxidation.
Maintenance Door: MS 2062 Fabricated Door with High Temperature Refractory. The door will be installed with
Lock to prevent Pressure Drop while operation.
Duct Line: 1000 mm Long MS 2062 Fabricated Duct Lines will be provided with High Temperature Refractory. Flow
Control Damper will be provided in the duct line.
Wet Scrubber : SS 316 Wet Scrubber to decrease temperature of Flue Gases after combustion and before
discharge at Chimney. Wet Scrubber with SS Water Jet Nozzles,, SS Water Circulation Tank with Pumps, Control
Valves, Electric Motor and Frame etc.
Droplet Separator : SS 316 Fabricated
ricated 3 Pass Mist eliminator For effective water droplet and removal to protect
ID Fan.
ID Fan : SS Construction SS impeller Higher Pressure Centrifugal ID Fan with Electric Motor. Flow Control Damper
will be provided to control the flow as per requirement.
Chimney : MS 2062 Fabricated 100 Feet (30 M) Long Chimney for flue gas discharge at the height of 100 feet
from Ground Level. Sampling Platform & Sampling Point at 50 feet height, Ladder and Monkey Guard up to top.
Duct Lines : Duct Lines from Thermal Oxidizer to Wet Scrubber, Wet Scrubber to Mist Eliminator, Mist Eliminator
to Chimney. Castable refractory in dust line up to Scrubber.
Control Panel : Digital Control Panel with Temperature Controllers, Temperature indicators, Contactors, Rotary
Switch, etc. Panel with Powder Coated Body, mounting plates, PVC channel, control fuse, over load relay,
indicating lamp, hooter, Lock and key, etc. Cables from Equipment to Control Panel within the Plant Area.
Interlock : Safety Interlock will be provided. Automatic Fuel Cutoff at set temperature.
Terms and conditions are attached with this Quotation.

Particulate Matter 12 Mg / nm3 Organic Material 0.01 %
Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) 80 Mg / nm3 Discharge Height 30 Meters / 100 Feet
Sulfur Oxide (SOx) 26 Mg / nm3 Sampling Point At 50 Feet
* Limit will be achieved if all equipment installed as per GEPL suggestion (e.g.
Scrubber)
Annexure 1 : Scope of Supply,
Supply Erection & Commissioning

1. Design, Detailed Engineering, Manufacturing & Supply, Installation , T & C of the Thermal Oxidizer
as stated above shall be covered under the our scope.
1.1 Please note that only general layouts will be provided with the Quote
1.2 If required, Overall dimensions will be provided before confirm order
1.3 Pre Order Drawings may not be to the scale. Do not judge the sizes with that
1.4 Perfect drawing with dimensions will be prepared only after the order.
2. Foundation of equipment will be Under the scope of Client, We shall provide the Details of
Foundation with Drawings.

Annexure 6 : General Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms and Conditions


A. 60% Advance Against Purchase order
B. 30% Against the Material delivery,
C. 5% Against the installation,
D. 5% Against
gainst the Testing and Commissioning
Commissioning.

Important Terms:
2. About Terms and Conditions : The following terms and conditions are important and can be over ruled
only by the written confirmations by ALPHA ENGINEERS LLC
3. Delivery Period: We will Supply the Equipments within * Days from the date of Receiving Confirm Order
with Advance. (*Approx 90 days - BUT Confirm at the time of Order)
4. We reserve our rights to share the details of Supply, Photos, Videos of the installed System.
5. Guarantee / Warranty: 12 Monthss from the date of Commissioning or 13 Months from m the date of Supply;
whichever is earlier. We are not responsible for any damage or destruction caused byy improper operations,
natural calamities, International condition
conditio & war.
6. Installation and commissioning: In any case, if the installation and commissioning is not completed within
4 months from the date of supply, The system will be considered as commissioned and the Payment,
Guarantee / Warranty, etc. will be calculated on / from that date.
7. Quotation Prices Validity: 60 Days.

System & Function:


1. Waste Feeding System would be manual.
2. Ash Handling System would be Manual.

3. Gas / Diesel has been considered as Fuel. Client has to arrange Fuel supply.
4. Control Panel would be Normal without IP ratings.
5. The System will be designed and built with intention for quick and easy access for service and
maintenance.
6. Approximate Power Consumption would be there in our Offer. Complete Load List will be submitted after
order confirmation.
7. Silver / Black Colour (Heat resistance Paint) will be provided. - Client may need to arrange for Ceramic
wool Insulation, if required for extra insulations outside of surface.
Site Data:
1. Site is considered as a normal site.
2. Any Special requirement for High Wind or site in Coastal Area, it's required to inform before designing of
the system = before Final Quotation.
3. Site would be considered with availability of enough area. It's required to inform us before designing of
the system for compact equipment in case of limited area available.

Technical Data:
1. Power Supply is considered as 3 Phase AC 415 V – 50 Hz. In case the type of Power is other than that, it's
required to inform before designing of the system.
2. Fuel must be confirmed in case of specific requirement.
3. Capacity given in the Quotation is for General Waste with normal condition. Such capacity may be higher or
lower as per Waste conditions.
4. Combustion efficiency of the designed system will be 99.9% – unless details provided in our Offer.
5. Performance of the System is guaranteed when the System operation must be as per the operational
manual and maintained as per the maintenance manual.

Safety:
1. The System is designed with safety norms and required interlock for safe operations.
2. EPB (Emergency Stop Push Buttons) will be provided at Control Panel and at required locations in the
Plant. The System shall not be allowed to restart without releasing the EPB.
3. Cable Tray and Fuel Lines will be provided at different levels and if possible, different directions for Safety.

Exclusion :
1. Temporary
emporary storage, movement into position or anything required up to the placement of equipment at
client's site or in-between.
2. Civil work including flooring, Foundation of Equipment & Chimney, etc.
3. Electrical Earthing for System & Chimney - and Aviation Lamp for Chimney.
4. Shed Work, Platform & anything else, which is not given in our Offer.
5. Water Supply Pipe Lines, Water Supply Pump and Valves. (Other than scrubbing System)
6. Necessary utilities like, Electricity, Compressed Air, water, Lime, Caustic, etc.
7. Additionally, Please check the Terms & Conditions included in the Offer.
Requirements for Installation & Commissioning:
1. Space, Power and Drinking water required at site during erection and commissioning
2. Supply of Fuel, Water, Curing Material, Electricity, engineers and supervisors from Client, etc. required
during erection and commissioning.
3. Miscellaneous Handling system, Crane, Operator & Signalman for Crane, etc. required during erection and
commissioning.
4. Client has to arrange everything In case of any special requirements like docum
documents
ents other than ALPHA
standards, special tools, Extra safety equipment, Lifting Scheme documents, or anything else which is not
covered under the scope of ALPHA
PHA.
5. Waste for Commissioning Purpose.
