(Excluding any civil work)

Schedule of Payment
1) 30% advance along with confirmed Order
2) 60% + 100% taxes against Performa invoice prior to dispatch on a pro rata basis.
3) 10% against Installation & Trial Run with plain water for hydraulic check & water tightness against
leakages.
Delivery:
Within 60 - 75 days from the receipt of commercially clear order along with approval of design &
drawings.
Completion Period:
30 - 60 days after delivery of material
Note: Time schedule mentioned here adheres strictly to the timely approval of design,
drawings & release of payments
WARRANTY
All Equipments are warranted for 18 months from the date of supply OR 12 months from the date of
commissioning; whichever is earlier; against any manufacturing defects. They shall be
repaired/replaced free of cost within this period.
CONDITION OF CONTRACT
1. The proposed site of work shall be absolutely cleared off any dumped material by the purchaser
before execution of the work.
2. The consultants shall decide the elevations of the various units of the MEE Plant and contractors to best
suit the system.
3. The sizes of the tanks will be tentative and can be altered for achieving maximum
efficiency of the system. However the capacity of the plant shall not be altered.
4. The purchaser free of cost shall provide the following site facilities.
a) Storage facility for storing equipments, erection tools and tackles.
b) Electrical power at one point near the site for construction of civil works,
fabrication & erection.
c) Suitable lighting point at one place near the working site.
d) Water supply at one point near the working site.
5. All electrical equipments installed in the system, viz. pumps / motors
/ aerator shall be under warranty against any manufacturing defect as guaranteed by the manufacturer.
6. The client shall carry out Electrical wiring up to the MEE Plant.
7. The rates quoted are exclusive of all taxes & Levies i.e. GST but inclusive of other expenses viz
Transportation / Transit insurance etc.
8. The plant shall be commissioned within 2 months from the date of receipt of confirmed order along with
mobilization advance. The time schedule mentioned here adheres strictly to the timely release of
payments.
9. Any other equipment installed other than those mentioned above shall be charged extra.
10. This quotation is valid for two months from the date of its issue.
11. All disputes subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
