This bar chart illustrates the frequency of individuals ate in fast food restaurants in the USA, in

2003, 2006 and 2013. The data is split into six categories, namely: every day, several times a
week, once a week, once or twice a month, a few times a year and never. In these three years,
among all the frequencies, once a week and once or twice a month accounted for the
most.Conversely, a small minority of individuals either did it every day or never at all.

Individuals who ate in fast food restaurants once a week accounted the most in 2003 and 2006,
with over 30%, while in 2013 this proportion had declined to around 27%. Those who did it once
or twice a week accounted 30% in 2003, then dropped to only 25% in 2006 before rose to
approximately 33%, in 2013.

However, individuals who did it several times a week accounted around 17%, then rose to 20% in
2006, before a slight decrease to 16% in 2013. The group of a few times a year made up around
13% in 2003, then remained in 15% in 2006 and 2013. In contrast, less than 5% of individuals
chose to eat in fast food restaurants in 2003, while around 3% of individuals did the same in
2006 and 2013. With 5% of individuals never eat in fast food restaurants, approximately 4% of
individuals had the same experience in 2006 and 2013.

The diagram given illustrate the alternations to an island. The first depicts the island in earlier,
while the second outlines feature changes. The most obvious difference is in the middle and on
the left side of the island, which will have more constructions on it. Various other developments
will take place in the sea around the island.

Looking at the map which shows the state of the island in former times, in terms of plants there
are more on the right side of the island in comparison to the left side. A beach is located on the
left side, at the boundary between the island and the sea. There are still no human communities
and constructions on the island. PUSH A LITTLE MORE.

Extensive alternations were made on the left side and in the middle of the island, where the
accommodations, restaurant and reception were situated. The accommodations were divided
into two part by the restaurant and reception, and were connected by footpaths, which can also
connect to the beach and enable residents to swim there. Finally, in the middle of island, the
restaurant and reception were linked by a network of vehicle tracks, one of these connect the
reception and the pier, which provide docking space for sailboats.

OH MY GRAMMAR, BUT NOT BAD

Many countries believe that international tourism has harmful effects.

Why do they think so?
What can be done to change their minds?

In contemporary times, numerous countries consider that international tourists will bring
devastating effects to their nations. I believe that environmental issues such as noise pollution
and littering problem will be the main cause of this thought. Overall, I hold the view that the
regulation of tourists’ behavior can relieve this issue and change their citizens ideas about this.
In this essay I will explore and expand upon my ideas and provide supporting examples.

From my perspective, noise pollution and littering problem brought by tourists are the key factors
of the idea that tourism will bring damaging impacts. Tourists may make loud noise that will
significantly influence the life of residents or the natural species in the country. Furthermore,
travelers often left garbages at the beach or on the streets, which results in a littering problem
and negative impressions to other tourists. For instance, a Japan streets garbage survey
revealed that 85% of trash on the streets are littered by travelers from other countries.
I put forward the notion that tourism regulation is essential for restricting the damaging behavior
of tourists and thus can change the negative opinion of citizens about this. Establishing
guidelines for travelers to follow can significantly reduce the problems mentioned above, since
no one is willing to get fines or other punishments. As a result, residents will have a more
comfortable environment to live and view tourism in a more positive way. For example, residents
in Singapore are pleasant about the new law which restricts the behaviors of tourists and thus
made the whole city more clean and tidy.
In conclusion, I believe that it is the noise pollution and the littering problem that caused negative
thought of international tourism. However, regulations about behaviors of tourists can deal with
these issues to some extent and change citizens idea about this. Some people think that language
teaching should take place in small classes, while others
believe that the number of students in a language class does not matter.
Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
In contemporary times, there has been heated debate as to the proper sizes of language classes.
On one hand, some suggests that the quantity of students in each class is less important, whilst
others argue that there should be fewer students in each class. In this essay I will explore both
arguments in more detail, before expressing my advocacy for the latter group’s point of view.
Proponents of the notion that the sizes of each language course is less vital believe that the
scale of classes has no impact on learning outcomes. No meter what size of the classes are,
there will always have excellent or poor learners in each course. However, I cannot agree with
this point of view since I believe that the larger the class size is, the less attention each students
receive. A Taiwan university language course survey revealed that students attend large class
often get lower grade in their exam since they receive less attention and assistance from their
teachers.
In contrast, those who advocate that learners should attend smaller classes point toward the fact
that a limited-size of class is crucial for the outcome of learning. Students can get more attention
and personal advices from their teacher in a limited-size course. I strongly advocate this
perspective and I put forward the notion that personal assistance is vital for language learning
since each students may have different issue to address. For example, individuals who picks up a
language fast often have one-on-one courses and received personal guidance.
In conclusion, though there is weight to the argument that the sizes of class are less vital, I
believe that the attention they received matters. I firmly advocate the stance that learners should
attend limited-size course to learn languages due to the personal assistance provided.Today, TV
channels broadcast men's sports shows more than women's sport shows.
Why is this the case?
Should TV channels give equal showtime for each?
In contemporary times, individuals will see more male exercising shows than female ones on TV
progresses. I believe that the main cause of this trend are higher income and popular celebrities
in males’ sport field. However, I believe that the equality of showtime that given to each show is
necessary due to the unwillingness brings by reducing attention they have given. In this essay I
will explain and explore upon my ideas and provide supporting example.
From my perspective, higher income and popular celebrities are the main causes of sport
channels’ preference for male show. As the majority of individuals tend to watch male sport
progresses, the high view-ship rating will bring a large amount of incomes. Celebrities, most of
whom is male in sport field, are usually the main focus in any sport progresses since they often
have a large number of fan who is craving for there shows. For example, NBA celebrities are
world famous and have given a lot of attention by their fans.
However, in my opinion, the equality of showtime that provided to both male and female exercise
progresses are vital. If female sport progresses are given less and less showtime, there will be a
significantly reducing attention on them. As a result, more and more female athlete will be
unwilling to attend any sport activities or tournament. A female exercise survey revealed that
fewer and fewer women are willing to attend sport activities due to the little attention they have
given.
In conclusion, I believe that higher income and popular celebrities are the main causes of the
trend to broadcast more male exercising progresses than female ones. However, I put forward
the notion that the equality of showtime that given to each is crucial due to little attention given
will result in an unwillingness for women to attend any exercising activitie.
