Congratulations on your laptop!

We hope your efficiency will be increased and that your productivity will be
improved while working with your laptop.

This letter is signed in agreement by you accepting the following terms and
conditions before getting started with your laptop.

1) You have been given a laptop with the serial no. C02N15HXG085 with all its
accessories and in an intact condition.

2) The laptop is the company property and you possess no right of ownership
whatsoever on the laptop.

3) You are requested not to load any personal software or save any such
document on the laptop which may alter the efficiency of the laptop and hamper
the day-to-day activities which are required to be carried out.

4) In case of retirement from the company services or in case of resignation, we


consider it to be your duty to hand over the laptop back to the company in intact
condition as when received.

5) In case of laptop returned back in a damaged condition, you will be liable to


make good the losses and pay for the same at your expenses before being
relieved from the services.

6) During the course of your usage of the laptop, it will be your responsibility to
safeguard the laptop and you shall be held entirely responsible for cases of
damage or theft, in which case, you will have to bear the expenses in partial or
full as the case may be.
