ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS / NOTES :

1) Short pattern valves are not acceptable.


2) Valves shall have position indicator showing open and close positions.
3) The requirement of Full bore and padlock facility shall be separately identified in the Valve Requisition.
4) Vendor shall fill the data with the offered material against the specified material.
5) Valves to be inspected by thrid party. Detail inspection reqirement refer to VDRL
6) Vendor has to confirm all data implied in the data sheet
