The above GOLD MEDAL is to be awarded to a student of this University for
her/his overall performance in respect of the following criteria:
General Proficiency:
1. Excellence in Academic Performance (High school onward)
2- Extra curricu Iar activities
3. Social services
4. Chalacter and Conduct
Eligible regular students of this University may apply on prescribed proforma
attached witlt this notification (Annexure).
Eliqibilitv criteria
1. Candidate must have consistently good academic career.
2. Candidate must have obtained at least one degree through regutar
course of study from AMU after completing class Xll or Diploma
examination.
3. Candidate must have passed examinations of class X and onwards in a
minimum prescribed time and in flrst attempt. Marksheet after re-
evaluation will be considered as passed in first attempt.
4. Candidates passing an examination with supplementary or backlog wilt
not be eligible for the award.
5. Students who have a gap in their studies between two courses will not
be eligible for this award.
6. Students of MBBS/BUMS doing internship as a part of course shalt be
considered for the award.
7. Students pursuing M.Phil/Ph.D. will be eligible for the award if they have
obtained master's degree in a preceding academic session for which the
medal is to be awarded.

8. Evaluation of academic performance will be based on all examinations
passed of a particular course starting from class X and upto master's
level.
9. Students who are undergoing disciplinary proceeding or awarded
punished shall not be considered for the award.
Documents to be attached:-
1. Attested photocopy of ldentity Card.
2. Attested photocopy of Mark sheets of all Examinations/Medals
3. Attested photocopy of character and conduct certificate issued from AMU.
4. Attested copy of Certificates in respect of extra curricular activities/Social
Services/Character Certifi cate.
5. Latest Bio-Data giving detaits of examination passed/detaits of marks/ and other
achievements.
Applications complete in all respect, duly signed (with date and seal) and
fonrvarded by the concerned Chairman/Principal and Dean/Co-ordinator should
reach the office of the undersigned latest by 13.0g.202s (saturdav).
No application shall be accepted after due date.
