DATING/SPOUSE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1. 1.01 IDENTIFICATION OF PARTIES.
This agreement is made between GEORGIN BROOOKS hereafter
referred to as “Man, with intention to date ” and RACHEL ATIENO of ID _____________,
hereafter referred to as
“lady, Companion”.

. 4.01 BASIC PAYMENT PROVISION. GEORGIN BROOKS shall pay to RACHEL
ATIENO for spousal support the sum of $<700 per month, payable in advance, on or before the
___5TH _____ day of each month, commencing on 19TH/20TH AUG and the lady here in
RACHEL ATIENO to be remitting 10% to the firm for the first 5months.:
MODE OF LIFESTYLE
The lady here in RACHEL ATIENO must show by the time of approval by the in charge or
HR maturity, good communication, should be honest and ready to adjust to the life style of the
companion to be hooked up with. Further the lady should prove the sense of romance and must
also prove that she is okay with cooling down a man who is at his bad moods so as not to
provoke more anger. Lastly the lady must show that she is okay with massage and she has to
prove it during time of approval.
1. 11.10 EFFECTIVE DATE.

1. 11.12 ACKNOWLEDGMENTS.
______Each party acknowledges that he or she respectively (1) is fully informed as to the
facts relating to the subject matter of this agreement, and as to the rights and liabilities of
both parties; (2) enters into this agreement voluntarily, free from fraud, undue influence,
coercion, or duress of any kind; (3) is representing themselves in an “in pro per” status
and is therefore not represented by legal counsel; (4) prior to executing this agreement,
either party may have this agreement reviewed by an attorney; and (5) has read,
considered, and understands each provision of this agreement.
