Collect verbal grievances of workers from floor & send to concern dept.
Collect & monitor the report of floor responsible members & send to Head of
Compliance.
Prepare the report as per suggestion / complaint of the suggestion boxes & send to
Head of Compliance.
To ensure Compliance & discipline in all over the factory at the period of buyer`s
visit.
Assist & communicate with Head of Compliance. To prepare corrective action plan
on noncompliance issues.
Manage & prepare audit related documentation prior of different buyers.
Attend & deal with the auditors of different buyer’s & 3rd party audit.
Arrange and facilitate different meetings & training sessions for mid-level
management
Assist to Head of Compliance as per daily assignment & all type of documentations
