The Company is managed by a team of highly qualified engineers, led by the founder Mr. R.C.
GUPTA (MD), a highly enthusiastic entrepreneur. The team of engineers and professionals
at rcc lay strong emphasis on teamwork, synergy, professionalism and excellence in work. The
management team again, is a rich blend of seasoned veterans, hardworking managers and well
- networked achievers. Driven by its rich and varied experience, sound technical infrastructure,
professional manpower and commitment for timely execution, the rcc is fully equipped and
ready to undertake infrastructure projects in Delhi-NCR.

M/s. Aar Cee Contracts Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2012 by Shri R C Gupta,
the Managing Director, a branch of its parent company, M/s GD Buildtech Pvt. Ltd.
Over the past 12 years, we have rapidly grown and delivered over 10.50 million
square feet of residential, commercial, retail, office spaces, and hospitals in the
Gurgaon & NCR region.
Currently, we are working on over 17 major projects in Gurgaon & NCR measuring
over 20.16 million square feet, of high-rise residential, commercial, and office
spaces.
Our esteemed client includes leading developers from the NCR region, such as M3M,
Adani, Ganga Reality, DLF, Signature Global, Eldeco, Max Estate,
Conscient, Silver glades and TARC.
We are committed to deliver quality and excellence in every project,
contributing to the dynamic real estate landscape of the NCR region.

MANANGING DIRECTOR
Mr. R.C. Gupta
He is the founder and Managing Director of the company, age 61 years, completed Civil
engineering and having a 39 years wide skilled experience in construction industry. His
ability to execute projects in difficult operating condition in a timely manner with client’s
satisfaction. His leadership abilities and expertise in the area of construction have been
instrumental in the growth and success of our company. He oversees the overall function in our
company. He is responsible for strategic planning and conceptualization of all new project
initiatives and also looks after our human resource department
DIRECTORS
Mr. Sushil Gupta
39 years, He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University and having a 15 years’
experience in managing construction project works and site management. His strength to
source key raw materials close to our operating sites has resulted in reducing our transportation
costs.
Mr. Vishal Gupta
38 years, He has completed B. Tech in civil engineering and having 12 years’ experience in
Construction Industry & site management. His commitment and passion have helped him gain
people confidence and also to achieve desired milestones.
Mr. Manish Gupta
37 years, He had no doubts in his mind as to what he would eventually become. In fact, as
soon as he completed his M.B.A., he jumped into the thick of things at Aar Cee Contracts
Pvt. Ltd. He brings in his innovative ideas and exuberance to the Group.

work. Materials are sourced or procured directly from manufactures through their authorized
dealers or from reputed sources, quality checked, warehoused at our godowns or delivered to
construction sites as required.

aspects of HSE which includes :
The development of an HSE culture within the company through regular instructions, training and
monitoring that results in a commitment from our employees & work force, thereby preventing injury
to people by our activities and minimise damage to property, plant, and equipment and responsibly act
for Prevention of Pollution to environment to avoid any ill effect on health of human being.
• All operations are carried out in accordance with Standing Central/State Government orders
and customer Specific Health, Safety & Environment Practice.
