I. Passengers are requested to report at boarding point 10 minutes prior to departure


time.
II. Cancellation charges will be Rs. 50 each seat. Passenger must send a request to
cancel a ticket on Whatsapp Number 8860323000, if passenger do not send a
request before Departure of bus then no amount will be refunded.
III. Reschedule of ticket can be done only for same day travel with minimum charge of
Rs. 50/- per seat. Change of date of travel is not allowed.
IV. Make Sure you get 2 messages , 1st is for payment and 2nd is for Booking details.
V. After deduction of cancellation charges, balance amount will be refunded in
passengers account within 5-7 working days of cancellation request.
VI. After booking a ticket ,in case passenger does not receive a confirmation message
(SMS) and email within 5 minutes from BusRider.in of booking details but amount is
deducted from his/her account, please contact to Bus Rider on 8860323000 Or
WhatsApp message on 8860323000 in case phone is unreachable.
VII. After Cancel ticket Booking amount will not adjust in future booking.
VIII. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only
IX. No refund will be given to “NO-SHOW” passengers who do not report at the
boarding point on time.
X. Please check payment status. It should be success if it shows process then please
call 8860323000 to confirm your ticket.
XI. The departure time shown is of the first point of starting i.e. either from ISBT
Kashmere Gate or Hisar Bus Stand
