Ministry Philosophy
While evangelism has its expected effect and there are people who need to be
discipleship, the focus may at any given moment change temporarily, and
more time will have to be invested in discipleship.
Evangelism, however, must always remain central in the
purpose of the local body.
There are several biblical terms we use to describe a leader in the church.
The words 'leader', 'elder' and 'pastor' are among them. Also the word
"deacon" or "servant" is used in the New Testament for those who serve in the
local church.
The leadership of the church will follow the biblical pattern found in 1 Timothy.
3 and Tito 1. Leadership is primarily an opportunity to serve God and
to serve your church. It is not a position of power within the church, but a
recognition of spiritual attitudes and skills that are already being
carried out through a man in the local church.

account.
A good youth leader is essential for the success of the ministry. For this reason,
the youth leader will be included in the leadership team (even if not
recognized as a deacon or elder), and will participate in church-level decisions.
As soon as there are two or three young people who have been reached, the group of young people
can start to work, focusing on the most intimate discipleship than a
group less number offers. The youth leader can take advantage of all the
activities and camps at the circuit and national level as the Lord sees fit
guide. Whether the number of young people in the group is 2 or 200, the priority is
spiritual discipleship. The church leadership along with the group leader of
young people should try to take care of the group so that it does not become simply a 'club'

a group of young people is not 'a church within another church' but rather a part
important of it. Young people must take an active role in the body
local.
The parents of the young people will be encouraged to have an active participation in the
group of young people, and their opinions and wishes will be respected by the leader of

Both the youth leader and the group itself are of supreme importance.
Philosophy of Ministry: The Sunday School
Proverbs 22:6 teaches us: "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old...
the old man will not depart from him. The Bible places a lot of emphasis on education of
children from a tender age.
Deuteronomy 6:5-9 says: And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with
all your soul, and with all your strength. And these words that I command you today,
they will be upon your heart; and you shall repeat them to your children, and you shall talk of them while
in your house, and walking along the road, and when you lie down, and when you get up. And the

in the use of a song or hymn in the church.
As a general principle, the church music will be half hymns from the hymnal.
Let us celebrate His glory and the half choirs and spiritual songs from sources

Members of the same church will be encouraged to write new choruses and
songs for the edification of the body.
The process of discipline is found in Matthew 18, where four steps are seen.

Another passage perhaps less known that speaks of biblical discipline is Titus.
3:10-11. It says: "To the man who causes divisions, after one and another

condemned by his own judgment." The Bible acknowledges that there are very confrontational people.
