Objective of recreation

Recreation is the individual's positive attitude towards life in the development of activities for the
time, that allows them to transcend the limits of consciousness and achieve social balance and
biological, which result in better health and a better quality of life.

Recreation is a continuous process of learning, in which we all participate.
