THE VISIONARY LEADER

Verse to memorize Proverbs 11:14

PURPOSE: The purpose of this lesson is to list some tools that will be useful to us for
develop our leadership in the local church. First of all, it is necessary to take into account that every mission
it depends on the will of God, who has chosen us for a specific purpose. Therefore, he wants that
let us be willing and joyful to put our strength at your service.

INTRODUCTION: The visionary leader puts aside their own interests and focuses on doing the will
from God to give him the honor and glory of all his victories. The visionary leader trusts that God is with him,
And he knows that the fruits of his effort are brought by the Lord. 'The one who remains in me, and I in him, bears much...'

I. CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALITIES OF A VISIONARY LEADER

• Faithful servant of God (Matthew 24:46). "Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find
doing so.

• Obedient to the call of God (Acts 5:29). "Responding, Peter and the apostles said: it is necessary
to obey God rather than men.

Persevering in prayer (1 Thessalonians 5:17). "Pray without ceasing."

• In Holiness (1 Peter 1:15). "But as he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all
your way of living.

• Reader and doer of the Word (Matthew 4:4). "He answered and said: It is written: Man shall not live by bread alone,
but of every word that comes out of the mouth of God.” Even Jesus, being God, knew the Word and applied it.

Full of the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:18). "Do not be drunk with wine, (...) but be filled with the Spirit."

II. THE VISION OF JESUS

Jesus Christ is the ultimate example of a visionary leader, he came to this earth with the purpose of saving the world.

III. GOALS OF A VISIONARY LEADER

III. FORMATION OF NEW LEADERS

lost souls. God is calling leaders who are examples and inspiration for other believers.
