Invoking the 4 Directions:

One of the simplest ways to focus is to pay attention to where


we agree on our relationship with the 4 cardinal points. It is
an instant way to locate ourselves in the center of the universe and
to guide us accordingly.

Each culture, tribe, has its own particular way of perceiving the powers of
each direction. There is no way that is more certain or true.
