J4RVIS Supplier Code of Conduct
1 INTRODUCTION
At J4RVIS, we are committed to conducting our business with integrity, transparency, and
respect for human rights. Our suppliers, contractors, and business partners are essential to
upholding these values, and we expect them to adhere to the highest ethical and profes-
sional standards. This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the principles and requirements
that suppliers must meet to maintain a partnership with J4RVIS. Compliance with this Code
is mandatory, and it reflects our shared commitment to sustainability, human rights, and eth-
    ical business practices.
2 LEGAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where they
operate. This includes adhering to labour laws, environmental regulations, and anti-corrup-
tion laws, as well as laws prohibiting modern slavery and human trafficking. Beyond legal
compliance, suppliers are encouraged to adopt practices that promote fairness, equity, and
respect for human rights throughout their operations and supply chains.
3 LABOUR AND HUMAN RIGHTS
Suppliers are expected to respect and uphold the rights of workers and provide fair and ethi-
cal working conditions. Forced labour, bonded labour, and involuntary labour of any kind are
strictly prohibited. All work must be conducted on a voluntary basis, and workers must have
the freedom to terminate their employment with reasonable notice. Suppliers must not en-
gage in child labour and must ensure that all employees meet the minimum legal working
age requirements in their jurisdiction. Employees must be paid fair wages and benefits that
comply with legal requirements, and working hours must align with applicable laws and in-
    dustry standards.
4 ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AND DIVERSITY
Suppliers must provide a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. Discrimination
based on race, colour, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other pro-
tected characteristic is not tolerated. J4RVIS values diversity and inclusion and expects sup-
pliers to actively promote these principles within their organisations. Respecting diversity not
only aligns with ethical standards but also fosters innovation and collaboration.
5 HEALTH AND SAFETY
Suppliers must ensure a safe and healthy working environment for their employees. This
includes implementing and maintaining robust safety protocols, providing appropriate train-
ing and protective equipment, and ensuring access to clean facilities. Suppliers must also
prepare for emergencies with plans that address risks to employee safety and wellbeing. A
workplace free from abuse, harassment, and unsafe conditions is a fundamental expecta-
    tion.
6 ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Suppliers are expected to minimise their environmental impact and comply with all applica-
ble environmental laws. This includes reducing waste, conserving energy, and managing
emissions responsibly. Suppliers should prioritise sustainable sourcing practices and ensure
the responsible disposal of hazardous materials. Protecting the environment is a shared re-
sponsibility, and suppliers play a crucial role in contributing to global sustainability efforts.
7 BUSINESS INTEGRITY AND ETHICS
Suppliers must conduct their operations with the highest level of integrity and ethical behav-
iour. Bribery, corruption, and fraudulent activity of any kind are strictly prohibited. Suppliers
must not offer, accept, or solicit bribes, kickbacks, or other unlawful incentives. Accurate and
transparent record-keeping is essential, and all business activities must be documented
truthfully. Confidentiality is also critical; suppliers must safeguard sensitive information re-
lated to J4RVIS and its clients and use it only for authorised purposes.
8 MODERN SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING
J4RVIS has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking. Suppliers must take
proactive steps to ensure that such practices do not occur within their operations or supply
chains. This includes conducting regular due diligence, implementing effective monitoring
systems, and addressing risks promptly. Any instances or suspicions of modern slavery
must be reported to J4RVIS immediately. Suppliers are encouraged to educate their em-
ployees about modern slavery risks and provide training to help prevent exploitation.
9 COMPLIANCE AND MONITORING
To ensure adherence to this Code, suppliers must be prepared to provide documentation
and evidence of compliance upon request. J4RVIS may conduct audits or assessments to
verify that suppliers meet the expectations outlined in this Code, including site visits and em-
ployee interviews. If non-compliance is identified, suppliers must work with J4RVIS to de-
velop and implement an appropriate remediation plan. Continued non-compliance or refusal
to cooperate may result in termination of the business relationship.
10 WHISTLEBLOWING AND REPORTING
Suppliers must provide mechanisms for employees to report unethical behaviour or
breaches of this Code without fear of retaliation. J4RVIS encourages suppliers to share con-
cerns or suspected violations of this Code by contacting us through [Insert Reporting Mech-
     anism or Email Address].
11 TERMINATION OF ENGAGEMENT
Failure to comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct may result in the suspension or termi-
nation of the business relationship. J4RVIS reserves the right to take appropriate action to
ensure that its supply chains remain aligned with the highest ethical and professional stand-
     ards.
By engaging with J4RVIS, suppliers acknowledge and agree to comply with this Supplier
Code of Conduct. J4RVIS may update this Code periodically, and suppliers are expected to
remain informed and compliant with the latest version. Together, we can foster a partnership
built on trust, integrity, and shared responsibility.
