Course Objectives:

1. Learn about acute infections (inflammation, fever, bacteremia, septicemia) and chronic
infections (syphilis, leprosy, actinomycosis).
2. Understand the procedure in wound management, post-operative care, and various surgical
techniques, including abdominal and chest surgeries.
3. Understand neurophysiological concepts of tone, movement, and pain, and identify and
evaluate neurological disorders, traumatic injuries, and tumors.
4. Study the female reproductive system, pregnancy, childbirth, high-risk pregnancy management,
and gynecological disorders.
