This file relates to obtaining of Expenditure
Sanction with advance drawal for Rs.2,26,000/- (Rupees
two lakh and twenty six only).
2. FR received from the Pondicherry University vide No.
PU/AW-3/TGASC/2023-24/23, dt. 12/10/2023 placed in the
file may please be seen.
3. In this regard, this Institution to sent a proposal to
the Director of Higher and Technical Education, Puducherry
regarding extension of Provisional Affiliation for 7 U.G.
courses and Inspection of Fund for the Academic Year
2023-24 at Tagore Government Arts & Science College,
Puducherry Expenditure Sanction with Advance drawal
towards Affiliation fund.
4. Further, it is informed that the earlier advance of
Rs. 1,07,000/- (Rupees one lakh seven thousand only)
sanctioned vide G.O.Rt.No.53 dt:27/2/2023 of C.S(Higher
and Technical Education) has been received and remitted
into Pondicherry University and OBA has been adjusted
after getting receipt vide bill No.434 dt. 16/11/2023 copy
placed in this file may please be seen.
5. The details of affiliation fee received from the
Pondicherry University is appended below:
6. The Total expenditure incurred has been worked out
to be Rs.2,26,000/-. Sufficient funds are available in the
Head of Account “under Demand 10-Education-Major Head-
