                 Annexure – Compensation Details
The following outlines the detailed compensation structure for the role offered. The Cost to
Company (CTC) includes fixed salary, allowances, benefits, and ESOPs, aggregating to INR
55,00,000 (Rupees Fifty-Five Lakh Only) per annum.
All allowances, benefits, and reimbursements are subject to company policies and applicable
statutory guidelines. Performance-linked bonuses are discretionary and based on individual and
company performance.
The ESOP value of INR 7,95,680 forms part of the CTC and represents a one-time ESOP grant.
This grant will be allocated once at the time of joining and shall vest gradually for accounting
purposes (20% each year).
However, irrespective of annual vesting, ESOPs will be paid only if the employee completes a
continuous service period of 5 years with the company. Payment of the ESOP amount shall occur
only at the end of 5 years.
If the employee resigns or their employment is terminated before completing 5 years, all ESOPs,
including those vested in prior years, shall lapse without payout.
Insurance, travel, stay benefits, and daily allowance shall be governed by internal policy and are
non-cash or reimbursable benefits, unless otherwise specified.
This CTC is indicative of the total value of salary and benefits extended to you and does not
necessarily represent the net cash payable to you on a monthly basis.
All payments are subject to applicable taxes as per the prevailing laws of India.
