DAY 1 ACCRA - GHANA
Akwaaba (welcome) to Ghana, the group will be welcomed at the airport by our cultural
certified guide and team for meet and greet.
The group will be transferred to their reserved accommodation upon arrival in an air-
conditioned vehicle and will be assisted for check-in. *Note that early check-in will be
facilitated by the host should the group arrive early before check-in time.
The group will be taking through a cultural orientation and guide for the trip after settling in at
their hotel.
The group will be treated to a special dinner arranged for them later in the evening.
Overnight in Accra.
DAY 2. EXPLORE THE VIBRANT CITY OF ACCRA
After breakfast, we will officially begin our tour by exploring the vibrant city of Accra and its iconic landmarks, history
and people.
-Independence Square will be our first stop. The square which holds significate importance to the Ghanaian political
independence and the nation’s history.
- Our next visit will take us to Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park and Presidential Museum. This museum is dedicated to the
life and legacy of one of African great son’s and a pan Africanist who became the first president of Ghana. The park is
surrounded by lush green vegetation of trees planted by the head of state and other dignitaries who have visited the
park in the past.
-National Museum of Ghana, which stands as a treasure trove of the nation's history and culture. Upon arriving at the
museum, we will be taken through the facility, encountering exhibitions that showcase the nation's rich cultural heritage,
from its pre-colonial origins to its resilience to imperialism and colonial rule, and beyond. The facility houses a majestic
collection of artifacts, sculptures, textiles, and archaeological finds that give a captivating glimpse into Ghana's history.
- We will visit the W.E.B Du Bois Center and learn about a man who dedicated his life to educate the black race. He
settled in Ghana around the year 1961 to 1963 to help his friend Dr. Kwame Nkrumah and educate Ghanaians. The
center, which was his home until his death in 1963, is now the final resting place for the giant Pan-Africanist and a
museum for his immense work as a Pan-Africanist where people and students come and learn about his legacy.
-The group will be treated to a special culinary Ghanaian Lunch

DAY 3 CULTURAL IMMERSION
Drumming lesson. The group will participate in a traditional drumming and dancing lesson by
expert cultural drummers. The group will be guide by playing giant African drums and learn
some Ghanaian dance move.
Chocolate Tasting. The group will enjoy a tapestry taste bud of Ghanaian irresistible
chocolate and sample variety of Ghana chocolate. Learn about the history and making
process of Ghanaian chocolate bars.
Batik making class. At this experience the group will immerse themselves in long standing
traditions of dye making and intricate batik design making in fabric.
After lunch the group will engage in a traditional naming ceremony. The group will be
embarked on a traditional ceremony of naming to reclaim their lost African identity and get
culturally immerse to the people.

DAY 4 DAY 4 BOAT CRUISE AND SAFARI
We will depart the hotel mid-morning to Akosombo and make a stop at Shai Hills National Park,
where we will be welcome by the enchanting sight of Baboons Monkey before entering the park.
The park has wild animals like Antelope, Zebra, Ostrich, and a variety of birds. This will be a guided
tour and drive-through.
Visit Royal Senchi Resort where the group will be engaged in a Boat Cruise and get immerse with a
captivating scene on the Volta Lake. And cruise through the iconic Adomi Bridge which connects
the Volta region to the Eastern region.

DAY 5 JOURNEY TO THE COLONIAL CITY OF CAPE COAST
After a sumptuous breakfast in Accra, the group will depart for Cape Coast (4hrs-drive)
Upon arriving in Cape Coast, the group will first visit Elmina Slave Castle This UNESCO site will give you a
glimpse into Ghana colonial past and its important role in trans-Atlantic slave trade. Walk through the
door of no return, the male and female dungeons. Come out walking the freedom walk, the dream of
your ancestors. This colonial fortress was built by the Portuguese in 1482 years after their arrival in the Coast
in 1471.
The group will begin their expedition to Cape Coast after breakfast and first visit. Cape Coast Slave
Dungeon. This century old colonial fortress plays a vital role during the infamous Atlantic slave trade. Built in
1555 as trade lodge and expanded into a fort in 1653 by the Swedish and named it Carlousberg after King
Charles x of Sweden.
Lunch after the park at Lemon Lounge restaurant
Assin Manso Slave River enroute to Kumasi. This historical site was where capture Africans will made to
take their last African bath, sold and branded before been matched to the slave dungeons down south.
Overnight in Accra
Day 6 NEW YEAR’S EVE PARTY
Today is a free day and you can choose to relax at the hotel pool or visit one of the beaches in
Accra.
After dinner we will turn up for the New Year’s Eve party to usher in 2026.
DAY 7 PAYING HOMAGE TO THE ANCESTOR
Visit Nkyinkyin Museum an open-air art museum paying homage slavery,
the museum has art installation depicting slavery and the struggles trans-
Atlantic slave trade put our ancestors through.
Donations to local village children enroute to Nkyinkyin museum.
Massage at the pool of the Waterfall. There will be a special curated
massage by a certified massage therapist at the waterfall.
DAY 8 EXPLORING THE GHANAIAN CULTURE
We will begin our day mid-morning and first engage in a Drumming lesson. The group will
participate in a traditional drumming and dancing lesson by expert cultural drummers. The group
will be guide by playing giant African drums and learn some Ghanaian dance move. Shopping for
souvenirs, Art, Fabrics and Cloths at the Art Center.
The group will be engaged in a traditional culinary cooking class, this experience will expose you
to the Ghanaian recipes and the steps to cook some of favorite African dishes.
This will be curated by a certified Ghanaian chef.
