Reflections of Me: A Journey Through Socio-Emotional Growth

Instructions:

1. Find and paste one (1) photo of yourself from each of the following stages:
o Elementary School
o High School
o College
2. Insert each photo into the table below under the appropriate stage.
3. For each photo, write a brief reflection (3-5 sentences) describing your socio-emotional state
during that time. Consider including:
o Your emotional experiences (e.g., confidence, anxiety, happiness, fear)
o Relationships with family, friends, or classmates
o How you handled challenges or changes
o Any key moments that shaped your emotional growth
4. Be honest and thoughtful in your reflections. This activity is meant to help you understand how
