and expectations of customers. It
involves every interaction a customer
has with a business, from the initial point
of contact to post-purchase support.
Customer service is not limited to
resolving complaints or providing
assistance; it encompasses the entire
customer journey.

 What are your views on child labour?


o The term “child labour” is often defined
as work that deprives children of their
childhood, their potential and their
dignity, and that is harmful to physical
and mental development. It refers to
work that: is mentally, physically,
socially or morally dangerous and
harmful to children.

o Women empowerment is the process of
giving women the ability to make
strategic life choices and gain control
over their lives. It's a fundamental
human right that's important for
achieving gender equality, reducing
poverty, and creating a more peaceful

empathy and sympathy?
o This means that both empathy and
sympathy deal with emotions. However,
there's one big difference between
empathy and sympathy. Empathy
involves feeling what someone else
feels, while sympathy doesn't. Sympathy
instead involves understanding someone
else's emotions but from your own
perspective.

it?
o Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
is the practice of contracting out some or
all of a company's business functions to
a third party. BPO can help businesses
achieve cost efficiency, operational
flexibility, and access to specialized
expertise. Some common BPO services
include: Customer service, Accounting,
Payroll, and Human resources
management. Two types of BPO
are front-office and back-office. Back-
office BPO entails the internal aspects of
a business, such as payroll, inventory
purchasing, and billing. Front-office
BPO focuses on activities external to the
company, such as marketing and
customer service.
 Why do you want to join BPO sector?
o Working in a BPO offers a great
opportunity to develop communication
skills, gain exposure to global business
practices, and build a versatile career
path. It also provides a dynamic work
environment that challenges and
enhances problem-solving abilities.

 What are your future plans and where


do you see yourself in coming 5 years?
o My future plans involve continuing to
develop my skills and gain more
experience in my current field. I am
always looking for new opportunities to

 How did you spend your yesterday?


o My yesterday was really great. I woke
up early at 7 am, then I freshened up and
after that I had my morning tea at 9am. I
had my breakfast and then I did call to
my friend and we planned to watch a
movie and we reached at a theatre
around 2pm. I enjoyed the movie with
my friend. I went back to my home at 7
pm. Then I watched tv with my family. I
had my dinner at 9pm which was
delicious and at 10pm I slept with nice
memories. (change as per your yesterday
routine)

 Tell me about work life balance.


o Work-life balance generally refers to a
balance between your personal and work
life. The goal is to strive to keep that
balance so that we are managing stress
and burnout by fulfilling other areas of
our lives that aren't swallowed up by
work. Remember: That "balance" may
shift at times and is never really a 50/50
split. We can accept that there may not
ever be a balance, but we can strive to
feel more grounded and balanced by
making a personalized plan, exploring
ways to improve that balance with our
manager, taking breaks, and setting the
boundaries between our personal as well
as professional duties.

o Social media is digital technology that

video-sharing sites, podcasts, widgets,
virtual worlds, and more.

 Skills required for customer care

be proactive, personalized, convenient a
nd competent. Intuition is one of the
essential customer service representative
skills required to better understand and
help customers. Agents must be able to
anticipate needs and pull relevant
reference resources from a knowledge
base while speaking to customers. A
culture of customer focus and reflective
listening is key.

 What will be your expectations when


you are buying a product?
o When you buy a product, you want it
to satisfy your product requirement
efficiently. Thus, even before purchasing
any product, a customer has the list of
expectations it wants that product to
fulfill.

o E-commerce is the online exchange of
goods and services and the transmission
of funds and data over the internet. E-
commerce relies on technology and
digital platforms, including websites,
mobile apps and social media to make
buying and selling possible.

 What are your thoughts on


corruption?
o The unfortunate truth is that corruption
persists in all countries. It manifests in
many ways—from petty bribes and
kickbacks to grand theft of public
resources. With advances in technology,
corruption has increasingly become a
transnational challenge without respect
for borders, as money can now move
more easily in and out of countries to
hide illicit gains. Corruption is also a
fundamental problem for development.
Corruption harms the poor and
vulnerable the most, increasing costs and
reducing access to basic services, such
as health, education, social programs,
and even justice. It exacerbates
inequality and reduces private sector
investment to the detriment of markets,
job opportunities, and economies.

 eclerx offers night shift so how will


you manage to work on nightshift?
o When i was preparing for my boards i
used to study the whole night and at that
point, i realized that working n night is
more efficient because there is very mild
disturbance around the environment and
i can concentrate & do my work in much
more efficient way since then i
developed a habit of working in night &
once i will adapt to the work
environment of eclerx i am sure i will do
my work more efficiently.
