AFFIDAVIT OF NO RENTAL
I, CHARITO T. MANGUNE, Filipino, of legal age, with residence and
postal address at Danacbunga, Botolan, Zambales respectively, being first
duly sworn in accordance with law, depose and state that:
1. That I am the owner of ARYA’S PAPERTY AND GENERAL
MERCHANDISE;
2. That as my business was School and Office Supply Store, I conduct
business operations at Zone 6, Iba, Zambales in front of Iba Central
Elementary School;
3. That the owner of the property where my business is located is
CHARISSA NICA V. FALLORIN;
4. That CHARISSA NICA V. FALLORIN is a very close friend of mine.
As such, she does not require me to pay rent for the use of her
property;
5. That in view of my friend’s generous accommodation, I am not
paying any rental fee for the use of her property for commercial
purposes;
6. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of
the foregoing facts.
