Statement of Purpose

INTRODUCTION AND EDUCATION BACKGROUND:

I would like to introduce myself as Munish Kumar S/O Ramesh Kumar. I am currently living in
H.NO. 101/9, Jawahar Nagar Near Bus Stand, Model Town, Ludhiana-141002 Punjab, India. If I talk
about my academic qualification, I have completed my Matriculation Examination in 2018 and
Senior Secondary Examination in 2020 from R.S. Model Senior Secondary School, Ludhiana Punjab.
My father runs his own business and earns enough money to meet his and his family’s demands.

Nowadays, many young people prefer to pursue higher education abroad due to the superior education
systems and amenities available compared to their home nation. Moreover, in abroad, advanced
classes and technology are used wisely to teach students. Including more, they put more focus on
practical knowledge as compared to theoretical one and there are also many job opportunities
available in abroad as well as in my own country. So that's why I opted to pursue my further
education abroad. After completing my studies, I want to start up my business as well as expand it by
using the techniques, skills, knowledge I got from my higher study. I will make use of the
information fully I will attain from the abroad.

To do study in overseas country I started doing searching on internet, newspaper, magazines and I
also attended many education seminars for it. One day when I was surfing on the internet I came to
know that Europe is a great place to do study by reading the feedback and comments of some
students who shared their international study experience. After that, I decided to go to Malta
because I got impressed with the education system, facilities and also with.

EXPERIENCES:

From 2020 until 2022, I worked as a sales executive at Om Computers after completing my studies.
I was later promoted to office administration at the same company.

Why Malta?

I choose Malta for my study because of its suitable location also the range of facilities it provide to
the people. It is located in the Mediterranean Sea. Valletta is the capital of the Malta. English and
Maltese are the official languages. So, in this way I would be able to live comfortably in Malta as
most of the people over there use English to communicate and also most of the university courses
are also available in this language. It is one of the best place to find international student as it is the
home of thousands of students from all over the world. I can also find students from my own
country here to make friends and feel free from the homesickness. Its friendly environment
education system and language will help me to live comfortably and peacefully in this country. It is
also the main tourist attraction as it is located in the middle of the sea with many beautiful
museums, theatres, seafood and other places.

Why Diploma in Business Management?

I decided to do study Undergraduate Diploma in Business Management because as I have told you
earlier that I want to start up my own business. So this Study will help me to fulfill my wish.
Undergraduate Diploma in Business and Management is designed for learners who want to enhance
their job skills. The course study aims to develop key management skills. This qualification has been
designed to let you develop the managerial and technical knowledge required to manage people
properly. The qualification is suitable for me as it fulfills all my requirements regarding the
selection of the course. I will go on to find out how workplace performance is managed and the use
of effective communication' I will learn about the need of change in businesses along with the
requirements of the people. I will learn how employees can be encouraged and supported to do and
change by seeing other developments as opportunities rather than as danger. I will get the
knowledge about the professional and personal skills that will help me to work effectively in my
business. I will also know how to use professional networks to help in the development of my work.

I will learn the principles of planning and how to use some of the common tools and techniques. I
will also know about the ways of managing physical resources and how to face workforce planning
and talent management. Health and safety is very important when planning operations and in this
course I will learn about the legal principles and how these are applied within an organization
through the use of health and safety policies and procedures and risk assessments. In this course, I
will learn that how to communicate effectively at the workplace and how giving and receiving
feedback helps to improve performance and increase the speed of learning. I will learn about the
strategies that can be used to solve and manage conflict so that it could not harm my work and
business. I will consider the importance of creating supportive working environment. So there are
many skills, knowledge and information I will get while studying my course in Malta'

Future planning and Career objectives:

I have decided that after the completion of my study I will return to India and will become an
entrepreneur by starting up my own business in selling and marketing field maybe in IT Field or I
can also get the variety of other jobs in any international company after the Undergraduate Diploma
in Business Management like Assistant or administrator in human resources, office management,
legal, administration, public relations, marketing, sales, and customer relations, Junior Researcher,
junior Expert and Sales Assistant.
