Methodology Every offshore project employs RCG ITs Solution Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CMMI-based methodologies for Project Management, Application Maintenance, Quality Assurance and Software Testing to ensure consistent levels of quality and service. Case Studies Distribution RCG ITs offshore delivery team migrated an existing logistics and transportation system from OS/2 to Windows NT. This project also included significant upgrades to the application. Without service disruption, the migration was completed and deployed and the client realized more than 60% cost savings as a result of the offshore approach. Chemical Manufacturing RCG IT worked with this client to develop a customized, variable workforce solution using RCG ITs Manila ODC.
