On 06/19/2012, I responded to the lobby of the police department regarding a threatening email. Upon arrival, I met with the reportee, Patrick M. Franklin, who is the Polygraphy Expert used by the Davie Police Department in the hiring process for police officers. Franklin provided me with a copy of an email (see attached) sent by a police officer candidate, John C. McKinney, which caused him some concern due to the following statement: "In thirty minutes you altered the course of my life and I will start today altering yours." Franklin wanted the incident reported due to the ominous nature of the statement. The Davie Police Administration has also been made aware of the situation.
