The
price mentioned above has been worked out on the basis of rough cost estimates.
The
price is tentative and subject to revision. After completion of construction of flats, the
price will be worked out as
per pricing policy of the Board on the basis of actual
expenditure, and flats will be allotted/
possession handed over at that
price. The
price
thereafter may increase due to arbitration awards as and when awarded by the
arbitrator/by court or taxes levied by the Govt. The Board reserves the right to increase
the amount of installments, reduce the
period of recovery and make modification
in
covered area, etc.
In case, the
project is completed earlier than the stipulated
period, the balance amount
payable up to the time of
possession of the flat will be recovered in lump sum from the
allottees before handing overthe
possession of the flats.
All expenses on account of transfer of allotment or execution of conveyance
deed shall be
borne by the allottee.
In case the number of applications exceeds the number of flats offered for allotment, the
list of successful applicants shall be determined by draw of lots, which shall be held
preferably within six months from the closing date of registration.

and venue of draw of lots shall be
published in the
press and also
put on the website of
Housing Board Haryana, www.hbh.nic.in
The

B) ARBITRATION AWARDS.
C) ANYSTATUTORYTAXES/LEVIES.
D) CoNSTRUCTION
PERIOD.
E) LITIGATION.

entitled to sub-divide the flat or amalgamate with any other flat unit or make any structural
additions/alterations
without the prior written
permission of Housing Board Haryana.
(ii) The applicant will be
governed by the Rules and Regulations as applicable at the time of
su rrender
/ca
ncel lation/forfeitu re.
GENERAL:
i) Housing Board Haryana reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of flats
depending upon the actual feasibility at the site during the course of construction.
Similarly, the Board also reserves the right to change the facilities and specifications. The
Board also reserves the right to make variation in the size of rooms and overall covered
area as per actual construction. The conceptual
plans given in the brochure are tentative
and meant for guidance of the intending
purchasers of the flats. The Board fufther
reserves the right to make modifications in the design, scope of work, specifications and
price without assigning any reason.
ii) The terms and conditions will be followed in general but Housing Board Haryana reserues
the right to alter any of these as and when considered necessary.
iii) Any change in the facilities, specifications, design, overall covered area, scope of work
and
price, etc. shall be binding on the applicants.
iv) The Board reserves the right to withdraw/amend/cancel the scheme at its discretion
without assigning anY reason.
v) The application should be in the prescribed application form duly accompanied with the
requisite amount and bank
pafticulars'
vi) Mere submission of an application form along with initial deposit shall not entitle the
applicant to the allotment of a flat. Consideration of applicant's name shall be subject to
fulfillment of the eligibility as per the terms of the scheme. Inadvertent consideration of
the name of an ineligible applicant shall not vest any right of allotment to the applicant
and in case an applicant is found ineligible at any stage, his/her registration as well as
allotment of the unit shall be cancelled and the entire amount deposited shall be forfeited.

vii) Wrong submission, suppression
/concealment
of facts detected at any stage would result
in cancellation of registration/allotment of flat, besides fofeiture of the entire amount
deposited.
viii) All disputes regarding registration/ allotment of flats under the scheme shall be subject
to coufts of law at Panchkula only.
Additions/ over writings/ cuttings in the application form must be initialed and dated by
the applicant. Failure to do so shall render the application invalid.
The Housing Board Haryana shall transfer the entire housing complex, including all assets
which have been charged on the project, to the duly registered society of the allottees for
maintenance
purposes.
