Helicoid Hydraulic Motor
The Helicoid hydraulic motor is a downhole power setting
driven by drill fluid.
The mud stream pumped out flows into the motor
through a bypass valve, and forms a pressure difference
between the inlet and outlet motor, pushing the motor to
rotate, transferring the torque and rotate speed to the
drilling bit through the universal and transmission shaft.
The product uses coat-plating technology for improved
lifespan.
Product Features
Fracture shape of derrick is K, open front
Derrick is installed at low position, lifted up and
down as a whole. It is divided into multi-sections.
Between sections comes plane contact and a built-in dipyramid pin connection to
ensure connection rigidity between sections
Derrick body is flaky girder construction, convenient for dismantling and transportation
Derrick leg, A-frame made from H shape steel
Left and right movement of the derrick made by increasing or decreasing spacers under
derrick base
Front and back movement made by adjusting the eccentric wheel at back pedestal of Aframe

Triplex Mud Pump
Product Features
Power end: the tooth of the transmission gear is an
involute shape, runs smoothly and has high efficiency
and long lifetime. Crankshaft is an integral hollow
casting. The end is splash lubricated.
Fluid end: intake flange and discharge flange is in
accordance with ANSI and API criterion
Between piston rod and intermediate rod is a clamp
connection for speedy dismantle
There are ledges at the bottom of valve installation
holes, to protect valve cup from going down. Piston and
cylinder liner are cooled down and lubricated by an
independent spilling pump.
Wearing parts have wide range universality.
Equipped with air chamber to ensure a steady output pressure.

Square Kelley & Hexagonal Kelly
Product Features
There are tow kinds of kellys, square Kelley and
hexagonal kelly. The length is usually 12.19 meters,
and they are made from AISI 4142H-4145H forged
or planished alloy steel, quenched and temperinged
as a whole. The Kelly end, cross section, internal
dimension and screw thread are all in accordance
with SY/T 6509-2000. All subs are all processed
accurately in line with API.

Ram-type Preventer
