TRIO: TF Series Feeders
TRIO Vibrating Feeders are rugged, robust machines capable of absorbing the large surge loads from truck
haulage equipment or wheel loaders providing an even, regulated flow of material to downstream processing.
These feeders incorporate grizzly sections at the discharge end to remove undersize rock and ore before the
primary crushing station. This style of feeder is ideally suited for mining, aggregate, recycling applications and as
a standalone scalping or Rip Rap operation.

EASY OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
Deep ridged low carbon steel side frames and a thick feeder pan are fabricated and stress relieved with honey
comb style reinforcement capable of absorbing and isolating tremendous shock loads.
Grizzly sections have options of cast or fabricated grizzly bars with fully adjustable spacing. TRIOs design
utilizes wear resistant materials with tapered openings in both dimensions preventing clogging or packing. Worn
bars are easily replaced.
Easy maintenance is provided by replaceable side liners and sectionalized replaceable pan liner plates.
Rugged Reliable Designs
The material load on the feeder is moved
along by two parallel contra-rotating forged
steel precision machined eccentric shafts geared
together. The linear motion of the vibrating
assembly is easily adjustable between 30 and 55
degrees. The speed of these two shafts can be
varied along with the amount of counterweight
to optimize the feeders performance.
TRIO vibrating feeders have flow through oil
lubrication and an oil lip seal with an additional
outer grease seal to protect the bearings
from dust or contamination. The forged steel
eccentric shafts rotate on large spherical, selfaligning roller bearings running in an oil bath for
minimum maintenance.
Robust steel coil springs are mounted outboard on the discharge end to ensure the feeders stability and
facilitate a bypass chute for the undersized material passing through the grizzly section.
