design drawings and calculations for
scaffolding, formwork and falsework.
We are experienced in working in all sectors of

We use full colour detail to highlight different


details within drawings, for example, bracing
type, check fitting type, push/pull force that we
require the tie to carry and the test load
required (as per the current TG4)
At Access Design & Safety Ltd, we use the
latest AutoCAD and structural analysis
software to produce our drawings and
calclations. Wind calculations are carried out
using the latest Tedds software to BS EN
1991-1-4. All designs comply with the BS 5975
code of practice and dependant on the
scaffold system we are designing for BS
EN12811 or TG 20.
Access Design & Safety Ltd have 2 offices
within the Midlands, one in Dudley and the
other in Warwick. This gives us excellent
access to the motorway network, rail and
airports and allows us to cover the whole of
the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.
We hold all required insurance cover:

Anchor Pull Testing

Health and Safety

We provide anchor pull testing services for scaffold


anchor ties, general purpose fixings and seasonal
decorations. We are members of the construction
fixings association and our testers are fully trained
to provide accurate tests with written reports and
photographic evidence.

We specialise in providing health and safety


services to medium and small sized scaffolding
companies.

All tests include the provision and fixing of a tag as


visual evidence that tests have been carried out.

Where required, we can provide our own access


(ie. MEWP or aluminium tower).
Our testing equipment ranges from 5.0kN up to
120kN and is fully serviced and calibrated.
We can provide a full range of tags for scaffold
inspection/alloy tower inspection/anchor testing.
