School Observation Insights

I observed year 1 and year 4 students teaching in primary schools for two weeks, giving them feedback after each observation. Observing students in schools is enjoyable, as I learn new teaching strategies and classroom management techniques, while the students learn to improve their teaching from my feedback. This experience helped me focus on creating detailed lesson plans, strengthening the students' approaches, and providing targeted feedback, while also building knowledge between students and teachers to enhance communication skills when working with various schools, teachers, students, and principals.

Observing the students in schools

I was observing students in schools while they were teaching in the previous
two weeks. I observed year 1 and year four students from (EPR: Education in
Primary Schools) department. I gave feedback to students after finishing the
observation.
Observing in schools is fun. I learn from students new strategies for activities
and classroom management and they learn how to be a better teacher from
my feedback. I like encouraging students and helping them in order to reach
the best. I was amazed with their teaching strategies and I am really proud of
them. This experiment made me focus more on creating professional lesson
plans, improving the students strategies and giving a specific feedback about
certain points. It also helps to build knowledge between students and teachers
and improve the communication skills when dealing with different schools,
different teachers, different students and principles.
