Djol (Jol, Yol), is a mask-dance from the Temine-people from Sierra
Leone. In the tradition it is played on square drums in different sizes; the B TT B S
siccos (or sicos). The mask is presenting a female although it is carried by
a male during the dance. The song below from the Wassolon-CD is made by r l r r d
Mamady Keita himself and is a putting together some different Malinke- and A combination for three sicco-drums:
