Compromise Agreement

COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
UNDERSIGNED PARTIES:

AGAPITO DIZON y DE GUZMAN, of legal age, with residence


address at No. 622 Amarlanhagui Street, Ermita, Manila.

- and -

JULIUS AGUSTIN y SARDILLA, of legal age, with residence


address at No. 727 Tello Street, corner Juan Luna Street, Tondo,
Manila;

Agreed as follows:

1. That to buy peace and for the settlement of this case, the accused shall
pay the total amount of Seven Thousand Pesos (Php7, 000.00) payable in
the following manner, to wit:

May 27, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. - Php3,500.00


June 21, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. - Php3,500.00
TOTAL: Php7,000.00

2. That payment shall be made at the Barangay Hall where the private
complainant resides located at Brgy. 78, Zone 5, Nicolas Zamora, Tondo,
Manila;

3. That in case of one default, the entire amount or the balance will become
due and demandable and the private complainant can ask for the issuance
of a Writ of Execution and the revival of the criminal aspect of this case.

4. That if full payment is made, the complainant will execute an Affidavit of


Desistance for the dismissal of this case.

5. That above named parties hereto have respectfully prays for the approval
of the foregoing Compromise Agreement and judgment be rendered in
accordance therewith.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have affixed their signature
voluntarily, this 7th day of May, 2013 at Manila, Philippines.
