COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
I, ________________________, of legal age, Filipino, married
and a resident of __________________________ Philippines, after
having been duly sworn to, in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and say:
1). That I am the private complainant of the above-entitled
___________________________against_______________ for
Violation of R.A 9262 now pending before Provincial Prosecutor of
Cebu;
2). That we had already settled our differences with the
respondent, hence I am no longer interested in pursuing the Complaint
against him;
3). That I know the consequence of my action in desisting the
above-entitled complaint against the respondent which is the
DISMISSAL of the above-entitled complaint;
4). That nobody forced me nor intimidated me in desisting the
complaint which I filed against the respondent;
5). That I am executing this affidavit of desistance voluntarily
and freely without force and intimidation and request the Honorable
Public Prosecutor to dismiss the above-entitled Complaint against

COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
THE UNDERSIGNED PARTIES CIRILO PEPITO JR., the private
complainant and the accused AGREE as follows:
To buy peace the parties agreed to settle their case through an
amicable settlement with the following terms and conditions to wit:
1). That the accused acknowledge his liabilities and obligation
with the private complainant in the sum of SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS (P67, 730.00);
2). That upon signing with this compromise settlement, the
accused shall obligates himself to pay the sum FIFTEEN THOUSAND
PESOS (P15,000,00) as down payment of his liabilities.
3). That the remaining FIFTY TWO THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS (P52,730.00) SHALL be paid by him on
installment basis for twenty (20) months at the rate of TWO
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY SIX (P2, 636.00) starting
February 2020.
4). That all payment shall be at the office of the private
complainant located at Juan M. Ceniza Street, Mandaue City.
5). In the event the accused failed to comply his monthly
obligation and the terms of the compromise, the private complainant
has the option to file a motion for reinstatement of the case.
6.) That the parties respectfully pray before this Honorable
Court to approve the compromise settlement and that the above-entitled
case be provisional dismissed;
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have mutually and
voluntarily agreed to the above stipulations and sign this agreement at
Mandaue City on this ________ day of __________ 2020 for the
consideration and approval of the Honorable Court.
