Personal Profile I completed my GCSEs at Dame Elizabeth Cadbury Technology
College. Now I attend Bournville College where I am taking a
Level 2 I.T course. I am a friendly, hard-working, motivated
individual looking to enhance my customer service skills
through part time work. I did work experience at the Midlands
Container Logistics Ltd and KFC where I gained experience in
working as part of a team.

Interests I enjoy doing a wide variety of different activities such as Ice
skating/Hockey, boxing football, photography, reading and art.

Achievements and At college I was chosen to become a class represntive where I


Awards work with the tutors and students ; to help make the college a
better working environment. Furthermore I have to show good
leadership skills and be a role model for my peers. I also sang
at the Symphony Hall which greatly improved and
demonstrated my confidence.
Past Work KFC - While I worked at KFC I developed a range of skills by
doing a variety of tasks. One of my main responsibilities was to
work front of house, meaning I worked the tills where I
developed and greatly improved my customer service skills

Midlands Container Logistics Ltd - Also I worked at Midlands


Container Logistics Ltd where my main responsibilities was to
organise files and keep track of them. Also I spent time out
with my colleagues visiting customers making sells and
improving customer relations.
