From the line graph;

The study has tried to identify the trends of reported cases of HIV Infection in Malaysia
from 1997-2010.
The highest HIV infection recorded is in the year of 2002 which is 6978.
The lowest HIV infection recorded is in the year of 2009 which is 3080.
The pattern of HIV infection from 1997-2010 is not stable.
From the year 1997 to 1998 there is a major increase in the cases recorded.
From 1998-1999 there is a slight increase in the number of cases recorded.
The line graph shows that the HIV Infection cases in Malaysia from 1997
2002 have increased rapidly.
Then from the year 2002-2006 there is a slight drop in the number of cases
recorded.
There was a drastic drop from the year 2006 to 2009.
Finally there is a slight increase from 2009-2010.
The number of HIV infection will reduce slightly in the year of 2012.
