Sales Director.
Manging sales of the Preston HMV store. Responsible for achieving the
turnover target, managing the stores sales team, supervising logistics.
Addtionally:
           Devising and implementing new sales initiatives (two of them
             were implemented in all UK stores in England)
           Testing for the whole HMV chain the new sales organisation
           Conducting trainings for new hires for HMV salespeople in
             Northern & Central England

       exposure. The scope of responsibilities included serving customers
       behind the counter as well as active advisory in the stores premises.
       The active advisory contributed to the significant increase in
