drinkers. Cocktails are our passion and our list pays homage to Hettie G. Watson and her
mysterious hideaway. We have re-discovered forgotten classics and created our own concoctions
with only the most premium spirits, homemade syrups and beautiful garnishes making it into
your glass. We also have a secret when it comes to cocktailssshhh. Our cocktails are followed
by an eclectic list of wines, champagnes if youre feeling extravagant and worldly bottled beers,
draughts and ales.

measures act (1985).
We define all drinks with three or more liquids as a cocktail, with this to include:
