Valeriano Facun and Arturo Adaoag own adjacent lots in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat. That we, VALERIANO FACUN , married, and a resident of Katitisan,


Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat, registered owner of Lot 352-C-5-D-2, Psd-12-024288
covered by TCT NO: T-37237, with an area of FOUR HUNDRED ( 400) sq. m. and
ARTURO ADAOAG, married, and a resident of Katitisann, Lambayong, Sultan
Kudarat, registered owner of Lot 352-C-5-D-1, Psd-12-024288, covered by TCT No:
T-37236 with an area of FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY TWO (462) sq. meter.

That we both decided to consolidate our lots, and eventually have it


subdivided into several sub-lots.

That both of us interpose no objection with the consolidation and the manner
of subdividing both above mentioned lots.

That we have decided to hire the service/s of any Registered Geodetic


Engineer to consolidate and subdivide our lots.

That we are executing this Affidavit of Consolidation to give way to the new
subdivision that we would like to submit to the Lands Management Services
Regional Office XII, Aurora Street, Koronadal City for verification and approval.
