Do not use this, especially if you do not know how to revert to your old
configuration. Well, there is lot of depreciated commands, useless garbage or
duplicates. I am pretty sure author is not even aware what some of these commands
do... But I might be wrong. Care to explain these for example, or how they affect
performance?

proves that author just made some copypasta. This should be 128 in most scenarios.

Also, mat_queue_mode should be -2 and this command is really just a coin toss,
because it is rig specific, google it there is a discussion about this on reddit.

Your snd commands could potentially break sound, since some values are dependent on
resolution, for example snd_front_headphone_position is 43.2 (5:4 resolution), 45.0
(4:3 resolution), 50.2 (16:10 resolution), or 53.2 (16:9 resolution).

1] Open Steam

2] Click Library and find "Counter-Strike Global Offensive"

3] Look for "Set Launch Options" in GENERAL tab

4] Paste text above in there and press ok

NOTE: Make sure CS:GO is closed before doing so
