May we request your good office to please allow us, the Concerned Alliance of Future
Engineers, to use the field of Saint Francis of Assisi College, Bacoor Campus on October 8, 2016
(Saturday) from 12 noon to 7 pm for our Engineering Day.

This event aims to build camaraderie and solidarity among the members of our
organization. The event will be entitled Ice Breaker: Dividing Tasks, Multiplying Success. The
activities will commence at (time) and will include (sequence of events). Rest assured that there
will be one faculty member who will ensure the orderliness of the practice as well as the safety of
the student players.
