Wherein, The two
concern sides have fully understood each and every condition stated in This Legal form of document. Therefore The two concern
sides have agreed in the listed legal conditions for the benefit of The two concern sides.
DEFINITION AND INTERPRETATION
Framework Agreement refers whichever agreement which defines, in broad terms, the scope and listed legal conditions under which
supply contracts will be entered into should the need arise;
PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
The (side A) will be responsible for providing and maintaining the Services to the Contract Standard during industrial action, at no
additional cost to the (side B) and whichever Beneficiary. The (side A) must have in place contingency plans and arrangements
which are approved by the (side B).
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
On request, the (side A) shall submit to the (side B) and whichever Beneficiary progress reports detailing its adherence to the
timetable as set out in the Specification in a format approved by the (side B) or whichever Beneficiary. The submission and
acceptance of such reports is not prejudice whichever other civil liberties or remedies of the (side B) or whichever Beneficiary under
the Contract.
CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENTS
(side A) or be entitled to recover from the (side A) as the case may be such sum if whichever as is equal to the difference Involves
the amount which should have been paid in harmony with the adjusted Contract Price and the amount which was actually paid.
EMPLOYEES
The Authorized Officer may, but not unreasonably or vexatious, require whichever person employed by the (side A) in or about the
provision of the Services to be medically examined at whichever time during their employment.
CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OF STAFF
The (side A)s staff engaged in and about the provision of the Services shall primarily be under the control and direction of the (side
A)s own supervisory staff but nevertheless while on the (side B)s and whichever Beneficiarys premises will obey all reasonable
instructions given to them by the (side B)s or whichever Beneficiarys supervisory staff in whichever matter occasioned by the
operational needs of the relevant Service or the health, safety or welfare of whicheverone.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The (side A) shall guarantee the co-operation of its employees in all prevention measures designed against fire, or whichever other
RISK, and is notify the (side B) of whichever change in the (side A)'s working practices or other occurrences likely to increase such
risks or to cause new RISK.
The Concern Parties agree to the abovementioned listed legal conditions. In witness whereof, the concern sides hereto set their
