certificates Regarding.
Ref: 1) Notification dt: 15.12.2011.
2) Written Test held on 29.01.2012.

Your are hereby informed that you have been provisionally selected for the
post of Assistant Engineer (Elecl., & Telecom) in APTransco.
You are requested to attend for Verification of original certificates in
connection with the selection for the post of Assistant Engineers (Elecl., & Tele) on
regular basis at 11.00 A.M/ 2:30 PM on dt: ______________ at Guest House,
Vidyut Soudha, Khairatabad, Hyderabad -82.
You are advised to be present at least half an hour before the
commencement of the above-specified time for verification of the Original
certificates.
You are requested to bring the following Original Certificates at the time of
verification along with this letter.
a) Age: Proof of age as recorded in SSC certificate or equivalent.
b) Qualification of BE/B. Tech/AMIE or equivalent from any recognized University
in India.
C) Permanent Community certificate issued by MRO in original or Original caste certificate
issued by Revenue Officer not less than the rank of MRO issued on or after 01-07-2011 in
respect of SC/ST & BC candidates clearly indicating the Sub-Caste and group.
d) Physically Handicapped certificate indicating the minimum 40% of disability issued by
ENT Hospital, Koti, Hyderabad in respect of PH-HH, Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital, Hyderabad
in respect of PH-VH & Osmania General Hospital in respect of PH-OH as the case may be.
The certificate should be on or after 01-07-2011..
e) Study Certificate from Class-IV to X. If private candidate Residential Certificate issued by
the Officer of the Revenue Department not below the rank of Tahsildar in independent
charge of Mandal as the case may be.
f) Hall-Ticket issued for written examination.
g) One set of attested copies of all the above certificates.
You are informed that no T.A. and D.A. will be paid for attending the above
verification of original certificates.
You are also informed that as per Notification, based on the performance in
the written test, calling for verification of certificate does not automatically confer on
him/her eligibility for appointment as Assistant Engineer(Elecl., & Tele) on regular basis.
Even if Government orders any holiday on the above date, the verification of
certificates will be done as per schedule.
