 Enbridge. Feb. 2017 to Sept. 2017. Bern, Holbrook, Somerset, & Lebanon Compressor Stations.
Performed welding inspection, and coating inspection for prefab piping for Berne, and Holbrook
Compressor Stations at BI-Con Services fabrication shop. Documented all welding to API 1104 Code, and
WPS standards. Oversaw barrel launcher modification, welding, and coating inspection. As well as hydro
testing of the barrel launcher. Captured all heat numbers of all piping, and fittings used. Generated daily
reports. Scheduled X-Rays, and all NDT for welding at the fab shop. Captured all NDT documentation.
Generated a weld log, and weld map for all welding performed at the fab shop. Generated coating
reports for all coating performed at Bi-Con fab shop. Went to Somerset Compressor Station to cover for
the welding inspector who had injured himself off site. Went to Lebanon Compressor Station to oversee
filter/separator modification project. Documented all welding, and coating performed on site. Scheduled
all X-Rays, and NDT performed. Captured all NDT documentation. Generated a weld log, and weld map
for all welding performed. Captured heat numbers of all piping, and fittings used. Generated daily
reports. Oversaw all hydro testing of all piping involved with this project. Oversaw, and documented all
transition welds, and tie-in welds. Went back to Berne Compressor station to finish up the last coating
inspections for that project.

 Spectra Energy. July 2015 to Nov. 2015. Chaplin Compressor Station.

Performed welding inspection of all welds performed on site. Captured all weld data from fab shop
production. Generated a weld log, and weld map for all welds performed for this project. Weld testing
welders to API 1104, and WPS standards. Captured, and documented all heat numbers of all piping, and
fittings used on site. Inspected equipment, and all piping, and fittings delivered on site for damage in
transit. Scheduled all X-Rays, and NDT performed. Captured all NDT documentation. Visual inspection of
pipe fit ups, preheat, and final acceptance of completed welds. Inspected, and documented all transition,
and tie in welds performed. Oversaw pneumatic, (Nitrogen) pressure testing, and final acceptance of all
piping systems. Fuel gas, domestic gas, lube oil lines to the gas compressor, utility air lines, instrument air
lines. Prepared documents, and final turn over package for the client. Worked with engineers, and
contractors to insure compliance to API 1104 code standards.

 Tesendrlo Kurley Services. Jan 2015 to May, 2015. Hanford, Ca.

Chemical plant producing liquid fertilizers for the agricultural industry. I came to this project after the QC
on site quit without notice to take another position. Although the last QC did make a weld log, he failed
to generate a weld map to complete the documentation. He also failed to generate a radiographic testing
program in a timely manner. As a result of this several welders were let go for failure to perform to ASME
standards, as well as failure to perform acceptable craftmanship. I generated a weld map, and weld log to
bring the documentation back into compliance. Inspected all equipment, piping, fittings, and pre-
fabricated piping delivered on site. Scheduled X-Rays, and all NDT performed on site. Captured all NDT
documentation. Performed weld testing of welders on site. Generated daily progress reports. Oversaw
all hydro testing of piping systems, and pressure vessels. Verified P&ID’s were followed, and that all
instruments, and controls were correctly installed. Brought documentation back into compliance.
Prepared final turn over package for the client.

 Chevron Refinery. Feb. 2014 to June 2014. El Segundo, Ca.

As AWS/CWI, QA/QC, working for Chevron I was overseeing Nooter Construction QC department to insure
compliance with Chevron specifications. This was a shut down in the Coker unit. They replaced all 6 coke
drums that had been in service for the last 40 + years. This was a heavy rigging job. They cut all piping,
electrical connections, and structural steel connections on the top derrick structure. Then removed all 6
derricks in 1 pick. Then replaced all 6 coke drums. Picked the derrick structure back off the grounding
pad. Lifted it back in place on top of the Coker unit. Then made all electrical, piping, and structural steel
connections again. We also replaced the high pressure cutting water system. Quench water system. Fire
water protection system. I oversaw all hydro testing of the piping systems on this project.
 Saulsbury Industries. Oct. 2014 To Feb. 2014. Ulysses, Kansas. Sterling City, Texas.
As AWS/CWI, QA/QC, I oversaw the addition of 2 nitrogen skids to the Jayhawk gas plant in Ulysses,
Kansas. I generated a weld log, and weld map for this project. Scheduled all X-Rays, and all NDT on site.
Captured all NDT documentation. Weld tested welders on site. Visual inspected all completed welds.
Oversaw all hydro testing of piping systems involved with this project. Generated daily reports. Prepared
documentation, and final turn over package for the client. Once completed I was transferred to the Lucid
Energy Group project in Sterling City Texas. This was the second phase of a cryogenic gas plant producing
propane. I weld tested welders on site. Generated a weld log, and weld map. Generated daily reports.
Collected all MTR’s. Inspected all equipment, piping, fittings delivered on site. Scheduled all X-Rays, NDT,
and post weld heat treatment performed on site. Captured all NDT documentation. Captured heat
numbers on all piping, and fittings used on this project. Generated all test packages. Oversaw all hydro,
and pneumatic testing on site.

 JV Industrial. Oct. 2011 to Nov. 2011. Tesoro Refinery, Wilmington, Ca.

This was a Coker shutdown in the refinery. Work covered extensive piping to the stripper tower.
Supervised vessel modification as per ASME Section 8. Replaced Deethinizer tower, and Depropinizer
tower. Reconnected all related piping, platforms, and supports. Scheduled all X-Rays, phase array
ultrasound testing, positive metal identification testing. Collected all NDT documentation. Set 2 new
pumps, and performed extensive work to the process wash water system.

 Schultz Mechanical Contractors. March, 2008 to May, 2009. Signal Hill, Ca.
As a maintenance contractor, we had projects in Tesoro, Conoco Phillips, Chevron, Paramount Petroleum
Refinery. As welding inspector, I would generate weld logs, weld maps. Document all welding
production. Scheduled all X-Rays, and NDT testing. Ultrasound, and positive metal identification testing.
Verified all weld repairs, and retesting. Oversaw all hydro, and pneumatic testing. Prepared
documentation of the same. Generated turn over package for the client. Developed QA/QC shop
