JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

We, LILY P. CRUZ, ENGR. DIEGO P. CRUZ and MINA P.


GENERAL both of legal age, married, Filipino, and residents of Zone
1 Bagong Silang, Iligan City, after having been sworn to on oath in
accordance with law hereby depose and say that.

1. We are presently occupying portions of Lot No. 1260 CAD 292


situated in Zone 1 Barangay Bagong Silang, Iligan City, claimed by the
heirs of Julio Ardiente represented by Arnaldo Ardiente;

2. We acknowledge the ownership of the heirs of Julio Ardiente


represented by Arnaldo Ardiente the above-said parcel of residential
lot;

3. We hereby jointly undertake to REMOVE our semi-permanent


buildings constructed thereon at any time when requested by Arnaldo
Ardiente for his own purpose;

4. I and my brother have agreed to allow temporary electric


connection for one year starting 2008 to 2009 after which period will
dispose the same to whoever needs the same;

5. Should we decide not to own the land where our house is located,
we will vacate the same and waive or abandon any and rights in favor
of Arnaldo Ardiente;

6. Furthermore, we jointly promise to comply with this


UNDERTAKING with our necessity of demand by Arnaldo Ardiente.

this 10th day of April 2008 at Iligan City, Philippines.
