CANCELLATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Cancellation of Lease Agreement (the “Agreement”) made and executed by


and between:

both of legal age, Filipino and presently residing at ____________________________________________,
Pampanga, hereinafter referred to individually as “LESSOR” or collectively as
“LESSORS”;

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the Parties hereto executed a Contract of Lease related to certain real

WHEREAS, the parties mutually desire to terminate the said Contract of Lease;

NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual


covenants contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of all of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree and covenant as
follows:

1. That the Contract of Lease between the parties dated ___________________

hereby canceled, terminated and otherwise deemed null and void, effective as of

and the parties hereto hereby fully and completely forever discharge and release
each other from the same.
