SAMPLE LEASE TERMINATION AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Termination of Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and


between:

AAA, (“Lessor”) and BBB, as represented by XXX, Chief Executive Officer, a


corporation (“Lessee”);

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee are parties to that certain Contract of Lease dated
January 13, 2015, (the “Lease”) regarding the property located at XXXXX, (“the Lease
premises”.) The Lease provides for an original commencement date of January, 2015 and
provides for an original termination date of January, 2020.

WHEREAS, the parties now desire to provide for the termination of the Lease,
and the return of the Leased Premises to the Lessor, prior to the expiration of the
original expiration date of the Lease.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises herein contained,


the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. That the parties agree that in lieu of the original expiration date of January,2020,
the Lease shall terminate at the execution of this Agreement;

2. That the Lessee shall vacate the Leased premises within 30 days from the
execution of this Agreement;

3. That the Lessee shall be responsible for the cost for the removal of the fertilizers
occupying the area and any other properties of the Lessee therein;

4. That upon the execution of this Agreement, the parties hereby release, discharge
and waive any claims against each other arising out of or in any way connected
with the Lease;

5. That this Agreement shall be for and in behalf of, and shall be binding upon, the
parties hereto and their respective heirs, executor, administrators and assigns;

We declare that We have read this document and have fully understood its
contents. We further declare that We voluntarily and willingly executed this Lease
Termination Agreement with full knowledge of our rights under the law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto signed our names on this ___th day of
April, 2018 at Batangas City ,Philippines and hereby avow under penalty of law to the
whole truth of the contents of this instrument.
