Lining
The lining fabric is a readily available quilted fabric. The lining patterns do not consist of the shoulder pieces present in the front and back
panels of the shell fabric.
Facing
Inside the fronts there is a facing of body fabric attached in front inside which has dimension as follow:

Yoke on back Lining
A yoke in shape of a patch is present along the neckline attached to the back body lining fabric on which the size/company label is stitched.
The dimensions of the yoke are as follows:-

POCKETS
CHEST POCKET
There is a single lip opening patch pocket on the left front at the chest level. The pocket is located at 3
inches down along the zipper and 2 inches across on the left front panel. The zip sliders have woven fabric
loopers attached

Lower patch pocket
The lower patch pocket is present on both the garments unlike the chest pocket being only present at the
left . the pocket has a flap opening ,a single lip pocket and a mini patch pocket also constructed. Its
location is 11 ¼ “ down along the zipper from neckline and 2” across into the front body . The main
dimensions are as follows:

Single lip pocket
The single lip is constructed within the lower patch pocket facing towards side seams with a black no
pilling pocket bag fabric the following dimensions:

Mini patch pocket
The Mini patch pocket is constructed on the lower Patch pocket in form of a square shape with dimensions 3 ¼ “X
3 ¼ “. It is located at 2” from the opening edge of the single lip pockets constructed towards the
centre front. A black no pilling pocket bag fabric
INSIDE UTILITY POCKET:
There shall be one set-in pocket on the left inside lining. This shall be a welt pocket.The functional pocket opening shall be a minimum of 4
7/8” and the pocket depth shall be a minimum o 8” measured from the top to the bottom of the pocket bag. The pocket bag shall be made
of a good commercial non-pilling pocketing fabric of black color. It should be 5 ¼ down along the zipper front and 2 inches inside on the the
lining.
INSIDE PATCH POCKET
There is a normal 2-D patch pocket with a Velcro opening. The dimensions of the pocket are length-5 ½” and width – 3 3/8”.
The location of the pocket is at 11 ¼” down along the zipper front from neckline and across 2 ¼ “ into the linning body.

Front closure zipper:- There shall be a nylon, non-reflective non-freeze 1-way zipper from the bottom of the jacket to
the top edge of the collar.
Pocket zippers – Pocket zippers are to be of nylon, non reflective short closed end zippers as per pocket lip sizes
required.
HANGER LOOP
A hanger loop is to be attached at the centre front between the collar and the back lining . The material to be used for the the loop can be
of the fabric used in the outer fabric.
VELCRO
Three Velcros , two in front lower pockets and 1 in the inner patch pocket with waist band in back side with loop. Velcro dimensions are as
follows:
