Dear Sir,
Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Agriculture Multan (MNS-UAM) is a provincially enacted
Government Institution established in 2012. It is located at Old Shujaabad Road, Chungi No. 21, Sui Gas
Road, Multan, which is the very fertile and productive area of Southern Punjab, Pakistan. Under the dynamic
leadership of Prof. Dr. Asif Ali Vice Chancellor, MNS-UAM is offering degree programme of BS IT in 2015.
Our aim is to produce graduates with the right knowledge, applied skill and good attitude.

To make our students market ready, we tend to provide the best leaning opportunities and practical orientation
in this regard. In today’s competitive marketplace, MNS-UAM is not only geared in building necessary skills
of its graduates but also take heed in providing them with industry opportunities including seminars, tours,
workshops, internships etc.
In view of importance of this activity, University is planning for the students of BS (Information Technology)
a summer Internship for eight weeks duration. I address this letter to seek your co-operation in finding suitable
summer internship placement for the following student.

Purpose of Internship: To Provide hands on learning and experience in your esteem organization which would help
the student in his professional career in future.

o Involve the student Physically in day to day activities.


o Maintain daily attendance.
o Provide accommodation and meals to the student if possible.
o Submission of performance report of internee at the end of internship.
