1 part: Red VERMOUTH
1 part: GIN
GARNISH: Orange slice~ ROCK GLASS with ice.
CAMPARI Orange 1 part (1/4 oz, 4cl) CAMPARI
4 parts orange juice (TOP)
GARNISH: Orange peel, TALL GLASS with ice
BOULEVARDIER 2 parts (1oz, 3cl) CAMPARI
2 parts (1oz, 3cl) Red Vermouth
4 parts ( ) BOURBON whiskey
GARNISH: lemon twist. Mixing glass with ice => pour into chilled martini glass.
CAMPARI Sritz 2 parts (1 1/2 oz, 4 cl) CAMPARI
1 part (splash, 2 cl) SODA
3 parts (2 oz, 4 cl) Prosecco
GARNISH: Slice of orange . Wine glass
CAMPARI Sbagliato 1 part (1oz, 3cl) CAMPARI
1 part (1oz, 3cl) Red Vermouth
1 part (TOP) Sparkling wine
GARNISH: Slice of orange. Double rocks glass with ice
CAMPARI Tonic 1 part (1 1/4 oz, 3.75 cl) CAMPARI
3 parts (TOP) Tonic Water
GARNISH: Slice of orange – Balloon glass with ice
CAMPARI Soda 1 part (2oz, 6 cl) CAMPARI
2 part (TOP) soda
Prepare directly into glass. Pour the chilled Campari and top up with soda.
Garnish with orange slice if desired
Shaken CAMPARI 1 part (2oz, 6cl)
Shake well with ice and pour into chilled glass.

MI TO 1 part (1 oz, 3cl) CAMPARI
1 part (1 oz, 3cl) Red Vermouth
Build in a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a peel of orange
Old pal 1 part (1oz, 3cl) CAMPARI
1 part (1 oz, 3cl) Red Vermouth
1 part (1 oz, 3cl) Rye Whiskey
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well and drain into a chilled
cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel and a cherry cocktail.
CAMPARI Milano 1 part (1 1/2 oz, 4,5cl) CAMPARI
1 part (1 oz, 3cl) Elderflower syrup
3 part (3 oz, 9 cl) PROSECCO
Prepare inside a ice filled glass. Pour PROSECCO first, then Elderflower syrup and
finally CAMPARI.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and stir gently
Martini ROSSO (Red Vermouth
MARTINI Rosso Rocks Add 7-8 cubes of ice into Martini Rock glass. Squeeze juice of an orange segment
into glass.
Pour about 70 ml of Martini Rosso. Stir gently.
MARTINI Royal Bianco Add a handflul of ice into a wine glass. Top with equal measures of 75 ml Martini
Bianco and Martini Prosecco. Stir gently, flick a mint sprig three times to release
its flavor and submerge.
MARTINI Rosso Pack a Boston tin (glass) with ice. Pour 1 part of Martini Rosso and fill with tonic
Tonic water. Stir gently and Squeeze a wedge of lime then drop into the glass.
MARTINI Royal Rosato Fill ice into a wine glass to the brim. Pour 1 part Martini Rosso, 1 part Martini
PROSECCO. Stir gently (with finger). Squeeze a zesty wedge of orange and let it
sink under the surface.
MARTINI Rock Rosato 7-8 ice cubes to a glass tumbler. Squeeze a segment of orange into the glass.
Pour about 70 ml of MARTINI Rosato and stir.
Negroski by MARTINI Fill a fistful ice cubes in to a short glass. Pour MARTINI ROSSO, MARTINI
Bitters and GREY VODKA, 45ml each.
Squeeze a wedge of orange with peel face down to release aromatic oils. Kiss
the edge of the glass with fruit. Bellissima.
MARTINIC BIANCO Pack a Bostin tin with ice cubes. Add one part of Martini Bianco and filled tonic
TONIC water to the rim. Stir gently, Squeeze a wedge pf lime and plunged it below the
surface.
