The undersigned accuses ELLI MAR of the crime of VIOLATION OF


SERCTION 28 (a)& (e)(1) of Republic Act No. 10591, committed as follows:

That on or about the 7th day of August, 2017, in Quezon City, Philippines,
the above-named accused, did, then and there willfully, unlawfully and
knowingly has in his possession and under his custody and control one (1)
9mm pistol without serial number loaded with six (6) pieces of 9mm pistol
ammunitions, one (1) magazine for pistol cal. 9mm , without first having
secured the necessary license/permit issued by the proper authorities.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
